We are also practicing ethnic conservation by preventing this knowledge from being lost to Mankind.
The Celts were the predominant culture in Europe for nearly a thousand years. The Celtic Herbalist's Gardens are in the south-west of France, a former major settlement area of the Celts (or Gauls, as the Romans called them).
