II. Teas
"Flatulent Dyspepsia"
Take the following dry herbs, every day juniper berries, fennel seeds, the seed of wild carrots, parsley seed and dill seed.

Caution
"To procure sleep"
Take corn poppy (for it is better than the foreign poppy) and eringo, or seed thereof; pound them well in a mortar ... and he will sleep.
All herbs contain active phyto-chemicals. No herbal remedies should be taken by pregnant women or children under 5. If you are on medication, check first with your medical practitioner.
